Bringing a little slice of the Parisian pastry and bakery culture to the Tweed Coast, Pastry + Bread + Espresso is the latest offering from the PLB Team. The PLB Team are behind other local favourites which include Osteria Restaurant in Casuarina, Taverna in Kingscliff, Baked at Ancora on the Tweed River, and Bombay Cricketers’ Club at Salt.

Pastry + Bread + Espresso is a direct off-shoot of Baked at Ancora which was inspired by our love for the humble French croissant. Flaky, buttery, crispy and golden, it’s a delicate process to create the perfect Parisian croissant – but rest assured, it’s one we take seriously.
