Fitstop Functional Group Fitness Classes with over 30 classes per week to choose from.

We are Fitstop’s 50^th location and the first location in NSW.  We are a family-owned business that is focused on creating happy, healthy humans in a community-based environment. We run group fitness classes, starting from 5 am and our last class starts at 6.15 pm.  Social Saturday is free to the whole community to join, all you need to do is download the Fitstop app and book in your session!
