Tell us about your journey as part of your store?
My journey with Master Meats has been very rewarding and to be given the opportunity to teach many young kids how to communicate with our customers and learn all about meat retailing.
What products or services do you offer?
All cooking tips + advice on all our products
What’s a customer favourite?
Sausage rolls and our own leg ham, as well as, our cooked products from our bainmarie.
What do you do/ sell that customers may not know about?
We sell Bangalow Sweet Pork sausages and also Bangalow Sweet Pork Ham sliced off the bone.
What has been a highlight for your store at Tweed Mall?
For myself, it has been seeing all the changes in Tweed Mall over my 42 years in managing Master Meats. I’d have to say, every day is a good day.

What’s the key to success in retail?
Quality and customer service.
When you’re not in the store, where might we find you, or what might you be doing in your down time?
I work on my farm one day a week and the other day I work home. That is my down time.
